▲ Responsibilities (직무사항)
A. External
i. Provide technical consulting support to partners’ salesforce including customer-facing meetings/calls independently
ii. Provide general technical coordination with partners
B. Internal
i. Proactively manage the coordination with operations and network-team
ii. Create technical documentations together with marketing teams
▲ Key requirements (필수 업무 능력)
A. Experience in CDN service, hosting, content-management, IT solutions or telecommunication data sales
B. Ability to teach technical aspects of CDN services to both customers as well as GCDN channels
C. Ability to synthesize technical customer-issues and clarify lack of technical knowledge/misunderstandings regarding CDN services quickly
D. Ability to build relationships
E. Patient and thorough process follow-up’s
F. Willingness to travel on a monthly basis
